Mick Schumacher could continue his career at Aston Martin.
The Haas driver is the number one contender for a seat at Aston Martin for the 2023 season if Sebastian Vettel decides to end his career. An option in which the four-time world champion leaves Formula One is becoming “increasingly likely.”
An alternative scenario involves Fernando Alonso’s move from Alpin. In this case, the cockpit Alonso will take reserve French team Oscar Piastri.
Schumacher’s hand is played by Aston Martin’s desire to increase sales of cars in Europe and especially in the German market. The same reason influenced the signing of the contract with Vettel in 2020.
Thank you all for the kind messages, I’m ok. Focusing on the races ahead. #MSC47 pic.twitter.com/tVAMGTYr18

Fernando can contribute to the growth of the team from Silverstone because of his experience, but he is still waiting for an answer from Alpin, which is choosing between Alonso and Piastri.
