The report states that Real Madrid is among several top clubs, including Arsenal, Newcastle United, Borussia Dortmund, and Juventus, who are monitoring Fresneda’s progress.

Dortmund scouts are expected to be in attendance when Valladolid takes on Atletico Madrid this weekend.

Arsenal are also said to be leading the race for the young Spainiard as they prepare for life after Cedric Soares.

However, it remains to be seen whether Real Madrid or any other club will be willing to make a move for Fresneda during the ongoing January transfer window, with a reported asking price of around €15 million.

While the player is in high demand, clubs may choose to wait until the end of the season before making a move.
