Real Madrid have exhibited a remarkable level of confidence and poise in regards to the expiring contracts of six of their key players. While Mariano Diaz is likely to depart, Toni Kroos and Luka Modric are expected to sign new one-year contracts if they opt to continue their stint with Los Blancos.

However, the futures of Dani Ceballos, Nacho Fernandez, and Marco Asensio remain uncertain.

Despite attracting interest from several top-tier clubs, all three players are expected to receive offers from Real Madrid that reflect a more rotational role. According to Cadena SER, the club has made it clear to the trio that they will not increase their terms, regardless of any external offers. In essence, Real Madrid is presenting the players with a take-it-or-leave-it proposition.

Despite this, Real Madrid is banking on the deep-rooted affection that Ceballos, Nacho, and Asensio have for the club, as well as the comfort and familiarity of their current life in Madrid, to convince them to sign deals that may not be as lucrative as those from rival teams.

All three joined Real Madrid as teenagers and have spent the majority of their careers with the Spanish giants.
