Raheem Sterling has sent a social media message following Chelsea’s win over Dinamo Zagreb.
The Blues celebrated a 2 – 1 victory over the rivals in the last group stage game in the Champions League.
Sterling scored one of the winning goals for his side along with Denis Zakaria to secure three points from the clash.
After the meeting, Sterling took to Twitter to share his excitement. He wrote: “Back to scoring and winning ways.”
