Tottenham Hotspur are said to be eyeing a move for midfielder Marcel Sabitzer, having been impressed by his performances on loan at Manchester United.

According to a report from the Daily Star, Sabitzer has garnered interest from multiple Premier League clubs, including Aston Villa and West Ham United. All three clubs have reportedly been impressed with the player’s performances since his arrival in English football in January.

Although Manchester United are believed to be keen on making the Austrian’s stay at Old Trafford permanent, they may face stiff competition from rival clubs.

Bayern Munich, Sabitzer’s parent club, is reportedly hiking up his price tag to around £30 million, which may make negotiations more challenging for potential suitors.

Sabitzer has been a key performer  in recent years, with the 27-year-old showcasing his versatility and quality on both the domestic and international stages. It is therefore unsurprising that several Premier League clubs are said to be interested in acquiring his services, as they look to strengthen their midfield options for the upcoming season.

Tottenham are looking to rebuild their squad after a disappointing season, and Sabitzer’s arrival would undoubtedly bolster their midfield options. However, with other clubs also interested, securing the player’s signature may prove to be a challenging task for Spurs.
