Pep Guardiola has provided a positive injury update on Kyle Walker, John Stones and Kalvin Phillips ahead of Manchester City’s match against Brighton.
The Citizens are set to face the Premier League rivals on matchday 13 on Saturday. Guardiola has confirmed that Stones is back at training with the first-team squad.
The manager has also shared the latest team news on Walker. The latter could be part of Gareth Southgate’s England national squad in case of a successful recovery.
“I didn’t speak with the doctors. Hopefully, he can make the World Cup if selected. John trains last two days, tomorrow on the list. Kalvin doing well too,” Guardiola said, via Manchester Evening News.
