Eddie Nketiah showed his resilience and determination after the recent loss against Everton. Despite the disappointment, the striker praised Everton for their well-executed game plan and acknowledged that his team needs to step up in the future.

Nketiah was also full of appreciation for the club’s traveling fans who made the trip to the north-west despite the challenges. He believes that their unwavering support will be rewarded in the near future and expressed confidence in the team’s ability to bounce back in their next match against Brentford.

“It was a difficult game,” Nketiah said. “Everton made it tough for us, and we didn’t execute our game plan to the best of our abilities. These games happen, it’s a long season, and not everything is going to go your way.”

The striker is aware that the team is facing challenges as they push towards the title, but he remains optimistic about the togetherness of the squad and the support of the fans.

“Everyone’s disappointed, of course, we want to win every game, especially for the traveling fans,” Nketiah added.

“Their support all year has been excellent, and we’re grateful for it. Hopefully, we can reward them with three points on Saturday. Not everything is going to go your way, especially when you’re pushing and trying to achieve great things, but the togetherness we’ve got here and the support of the fans will help us bounce back. I know we’re going to get a good result on the weekend.”

In conclusion, Eddie Nketiah’s positive outlook and determination to succeed are a testament to his character and professionalism.

The striker remains confident in the team’s ability to overcome adversity and deliver a positive result in their upcoming match against Brentford.
