The Scottish attacker has been superb for his age since his first game with the first team during the preseason friendly games that took place in Dubai. Doak came off the bench at the 85th minutes in a game vs AC Milan and put in an assist for Darwin Nunez’s goal.

The 17-year-old haven’t made the starting lineup for Jurgen Klopp’s side yet as he plays the same position as Mo Salah who plays every game. But the young man is undeniably outstanding as he runs down the rightwing with pace and skills.

Jones applauds the young attackers impacts, saying he’s played games like a matured athlete and is way too good for someone at his age.

“[Ben] Doak, clearly, is too good for U18s football, and he looks like he has the measure of the U21s too, but can he switch up his game against stronger, more wily defenders at senior level?”

“Can he play one and two-touch combination football, instead of constantly running at defenders? Can he do what Salah has done, and become a prolific goalscorer, or learn to play on the left flank, coming inside the pitch more?”

“Those are questions to be answered, for sure, but the good news is he has plenty of time to answer them. And so far, so very, very good.”

Ben Doak for sure did put on an incredible performance for anytime he’s came off the bench to play for the first team. The fans at Anfield all wish the young man well as he looked more as a future prospect for the club.

The Scott young man definitely put some spices to his game as he cuts in from the rightwing with skills and he’s also strong although he’s not physical enough to play in the Premier League yet.
