An anonymous NBA agent has advised the Lakers on what to do with point guard Russell Westbrook.
“The Lakers look better without Russ, but he won’t agree to come off the bench. Good luck to them on that one. He’s going to be nasty and express displeasure. He thinks he remains the same Russ he once was.
“The Lakers need to do to Westbrook what they did to John Wall. And they can take a closer look, and think about what they need. They have no right to make a mistake with this trade. And just trade for the sake of a trade is a terrible approach,” the scout said.
The Houston Rockets moved John Wall to reserve last season despite the player’s willingness and desire to get on the court.
