Mikel Arteta has provided an injury update on Gabriel Jesus ahead of Arsenal’s Premier League match against Leeds United.
The Gunners are currently leading the domestic league with 24 points, one point ahead of the defending champions Manchester City.
The club’s upcoming match against the Whites will take place on October 16, on Sunday.
Ahead of the meeting, Arteta has met the media to share the latest news. The manager is still unsure whether Jesus will be available to feature.
“I don’t know. Obviously he had some discomfort after the game against Liverpool. That’s why we decided not to bring him today. Let’s see how he is between tomorrow and Saturday,” Arteta said about Jesus, via Football London.
