Mikel Arteta has spoken out on what kind of team he will go with when Arsenal faces Brighton in EFL Cup third round.
The Gunners will host Brighton in the EFL Cup third-round game on Tuesday, November 9.
Arsenal are currently having an impressive season as they have reached the Europa League round of 16 and are leading the Premier League table.
Mikel Arteta’s side will have one more league table after facing Brighton in EFL Cup, before the season is put on hold for the World Cup 2022.
Speaking ahead of the clash with the Seagulls, Arteta said, when asked if he will go for a strong team or a younger one: “We’re going to pick a very competitive team.
“I think everyone deserves chances, and we’ll make some changes with judgement in relation to the load of the players, but we’ll play to win.”
