Mikel Arteta has spoken out on Fabio Vieira’s red card in Burnley win.

Arsenal faced Burnley in the Premier League on Saturday and celebrated a 3-1 win. Leandro Trossard, William Saliba and Oleksandr Zinchenko scored for the Gunners, meanwhile, Josh Brownhill scored for Burnley.

During the game, Fabio Vieira was sent off for his challenge on Brownhill at the 83rd minute.

Following the win, Arteta was asked to comment on the red card during a press conference.

“With the red card, yes, thank you for asking me, VAR was right, the referee was right, really good decision, really positive from Mikel to speak about that, good decision!” Arteta said.
