Kylian Mbappe has topped the CIES ranking of the world’s most expensive players.
The research centre CIES Football Observatory made a list of the most expensive players in the world, assessing their potential transfer value.
The rating is headed by the PSG forward Kylian Mbappe, who was estimated at 205.6 million euros.
Ruben Dias of Manchester City was named the most expensive central defender (109.6 million), a fullback – Trent Alexander-Arnold of Liverpool (87.4 million), a midfielder – Pedri of Barcelona (135.1 million), a goalkeeper – Gianluigi Donnarumma of PSG (73.7 million).
In the top 100 of the rankings, there are the most representatives of the EPL – 41.
