Mateo Kovacic has spoken out on Josko Gvardiol amid Manchester City links. Kovacic joined City during this summer transfer window from Chelsea.
Pep Guardiola’s side have been linked with a move for Josko Gvardiol as Liverpool are also interested.
Speaking on the deal, Kovacic said via Jack Gaughan from Daily Mail: “He’s ready for Man City step. He can come to City and learn and be the best version of himself. I’d obviously like it!
“I’m a good friend with Josko and he’s Croatian. It would be nice to have a Croatian by my side here…”
