Jurgen Klopp has admitted Diogo Jota’s return to the first-team squad is “massive” ahead of Liverpool’s game with Wolves.
The Reds are set to face their next Premier League rivals, Wolves, on Wednesday evening. They will be hoping to have a successful result following the goalless draw with Crystal Palace last weekend.
Ahead of the midweek’s clash, Klopp met the media to share the latest team news. The German boss has admitted he is happy to see Diogo Jota back on the team after a long-term injury.
“His return is massive. To get rhythm now will help him a lot,” Klopp said in the pre-match press conference.
“Today we have to make those decisions, who should start, but he’s a top class player who is versatile.”
