Martin Odegaard has expressed his feelings following Arsenal’s latest game with Chelsea.
Gunners celebrated a 3 – 1 victory over the London rivals in the Premier League on Tuesday evening.
Martin Odegaard showed a man-of-the-match performance, scoring a double for his side against the opponents. Gabriel Jesus joined him on the scoresheet to secure three important points for Mikel Arteta’s team.
As a result, Arsenal are now leading the league table, two points ahead of the second-placed Manchester City.
After the successful clash, Odegaard shared his thoughts as he spoke, via BBC Sport. The Gunners captain admitted that they were hurt after the game with Manchester City, however, managed to come back stronger and fight.
“I’m very happy with the first half, the second was a bit messy but three points and a good win and we needed this one,” he said.
