Marcus Rashford has sent a social media message after receiving the Premier League of the Month award for February.
The Red Devils’ star shined again in February, being one of the key stars in Erik ten Hag’s squad.
United have already lifted the Carabao Cup trophy by beating Newcastle United in the final of the domestic competition. The club are still competing in three tournaments, including the Premier League, FA Cup and the Europa League.
Following his massive contribution to the game, Rashford has now got his award for the best player in the Premier League in February. This is Englishman’s second consecutive achievement.
After the news, Rashford took to Twitter to share his excitement, writing:
“Over the moon to have won MU & PL Player Of The Month again. I couldn’t have done it without the rest of the boys and the staff. Setbacks will happen but as long as we stay focused and stay together we will always see the light at the end of the tunnel!”
