Dalot, a key player for Manchester United, emphasizes the urgency of winning in the present moment. “This is now, we have to win now,” he asserts.

Regardless of past achievements, such as the Carabao Cup victory, he stresses that the focus should be on the current season and securing multiple trophies, with the ultimate goal being the Premier League title.

According to Dalot, “For them, it doesn’t matter if we won the Carabao Cup last season, in the next one we just have to win two trophies, win the Premier League. Every year you start the Premier League with expectations that you can win it.”

The defender sets a high standard, stating that “This is the type of mentality that we need in the club. It’s the normal standard for the club. It’s up to us as players, as a club, as staff to show it and to do it on the pitch.” Success, in Dalot’s view, is not just an aspiration but a standard that needs to be demonstrated on the pitch.

Dalot acknowledges the positive impact of INEOS, injecting a fresh perspective and energy into the team during challenging times. “They presented themselves to us with a lot of good energy and positive vibes for the future, so we were really excited to have them on board,” Dalot explains. “So far we are very happy.”

Reflecting on INEOS’s introduction, Dalot emphasizes the importance of the positive vibes and energy they brought, signaling a promising future for Manchester United.

As the team strives for success in the current season, the newfound enthusiasm and support from INEOS are seen as crucial elements that contribute to the overall positive atmosphere within the club.
