Several big names including Marcus Rashford, Jordan Handerson and more have been left out.
Euro 2024 kicks off on June 14 and end on July 14, 2024.
Excluding Rashford, Southgate called up Harry Maguire, Luke Shaw, Kobbie Mainoo.
