Manchester United have been described as the team leading the race to sign Argentina midfielder Enzo Fernandez.
According to recent reports, Manchester United are currently the only club that is willing to meet Benfica’s price tag for Enzo Fernandes.
Man United are one of the top European teams interested in signing the 21-year-old midfielder but reports have claimed they are in pole position to seal his signature.
The Red Devils are keen on continuing their squad rebuild when the transfer window reopens in January and Fernandez is one of the names linked with a move to Old Trafford.
According to Portuguese journalist, Bruno Andrade, the only club currently that is willing to pay €120M (£105m) for Enzo Fernandez is Manchester United.
The midfielder is attracting interest from Liverpool and Real Madrid but the same journalist had confirmed earlier that Manchester United were leading the race.
