Manchester United has emerged as a potential destination for RB Leipzig’s young striker, Benjamin Sesko. At just 20 years old, Sesko has been on the radar of several top clubs in recent seasons, and a report from 90 Min suggests that he might be available for transfer during the upcoming January window.

Sesko, a Slovenian international, is highly regarded across Europe and is seen as a promising talent with a bright future. If Manchester United can strike a deal with the German club, Sesko could prove to be a valuable, long-term addition to their squad.

During the summer transfer window, Manchester United secured the services of Rasmus Hojlund. However, they still find themselves in need of another striker in the coming months. Hojlund, a former Atalanta striker, is in the process of adapting to the demands of the Premier League, and it’s imperative for Manchester United to find another striker who can share the goal-scoring responsibilities alongside him.

Sesko appears to be an enticing option for the Red Devils. Reports suggest that intermediaries have already reached out to various clubs to inform them of the possibility that the 20-year-old striker could be available in the new year. While the exact transfer fee is uncertain, it’s likely to exceed the £20 million that RB Leipzig paid for his services. Whether Manchester United is willing to invest a premium for his potential remains to be seen in the months ahead.
