Lyon chief Bruno Cheyrou admits that they need to reduce the squad size.

The French side are “prepared for every eventuality” with regards to midfielder Lucas Paqueta amid the links to Arsenal.

“We will analyse offers on a case-by-case basis, but the economics will come into consideration.

I am here to ensure the best team possible, but there are other things to take into account as well,” Cheyrou said.

The Brazil international has been linked with a move to the London side in recent weeks, while Arsenal technical director Edu speaks out on a possible move.

“I really like Paqueta. I’m big fan since long time. But as of today, the reality is that there’s not even a conversation to sign him. There’s nothing as we’ve many players in that position, that’s it”, Edu told TNT.
