Gary Lineker has raved about Harvey Barnes following Leicester City star’s performance against Leeds United.
The Foxes celebrated a 2 – 0 victory over the Premier League rivals on Thursday evening. Barnes scored the winning goal to give his side the lead versus the Whites.
Lineker was impressed by the player’s goal and took to Twitter to share his high praise.
He wrote: “Lovely goal for @LCFC finished by @harveybarnes97. We’re leaving our run at the title late this season.”
After beating Leeds, Leicester are sitting in 19th place in the relegation zone with eight points.
