Liverpool and Chelsea are set for a showdown at Anfield later today.

Liverpool have struggled for find their rhythm this season with abysmal losses at Brentford and Brighton compounding their woes with hopes of champions league next season looking unlikely.

Chelsea are looking to consolidate on their hard fought victory over Crystal Palace when they travel to Anfied, in what promises to be a cracker.

Early Liverpool team news confirms the Merseysiders will be without injured Virgil Van Dijk, Luis Diaz, Jota, Roberto Firmino and Arthur.

On the other hand, Chelsea are set to miss, N’golo Kante, Reece James, Ben Chilwell, Armando Broja, Raheem Sterling, Eduord Mendy, Wesley Fofana, Denis Zakaria and Christian Pulisic through injury. While Joao Felix will be absent through suspension after getting red carded in his Chelsea debut at Fulhan.
