Manchester United put on an impressive display as they secured a comfortable 2-0 victory over Nottingham Forest in their latest Premier League outing.

With the injured Lisandro Martinez watching on, goals from Antony and Diogo Dalot in either half were enough to secure all three points for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side.

While Martinez’s absence was undoubtedly felt, the Argentine international was quick to express his approval of the team’s performance. In a heartening message posted on Instagram Stories, he lauded his teammates, saying, “Good Job Lads.”

Despite being without key defensive players like Martinez, Raphael Varane, and Luke Shaw, the Red Devils showcased their resilience at the back. Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof formed a strong defensive partnership, effectively nullifying the opposition’s attacking threat.

The clean sheet would undoubtedly be a confidence booster for the team, especially with the race for the top-four spots heating up.

The Red devils will now switch their focus to their Europa League clash against Sevilla.
