According to reports, Leicester City is considering making a move for Folarin Balogun, the Arsenal striker who is currently on loan and has been impressive in Ligue 1 this season.
Leicester City has reportedly set its sights on acquiring the services of Arsenal’s out-on-loan forward, Folarin Balogun. The young striker has been making waves in Ligue 1 this season during his loan spell with Reims, having notched up an impressive tally of 18 league goals – just one less than the joint-leaders Kylian Mbappe and Johnathan David.
As per Leicestershire Live, the Foxes are keen on bringing the 21-year-old England Under 21 international to the King Power Stadium, as they seek to find a potential replacement for their seasoned striker, Jamie Vardy. The 36-year-old has only managed to find the back of the net once in the league this season.
Although Kelechi Iheanacho and Patson Daka are currently available options for the Foxes, neither of them have lived up to expectations so far this season, having scored a total of just ten goals between them.
