Liverpool beating Napoli on Tuesday night may have just validated the claims by Jurgen Klopp of Reds not yet at the end of their best under his management with his agent now leaping into his client’s defense.
The Merseyside club losing back to back to big time participants of the Premier League relegation zone, Nottingham Forest and Leeds United have raised eyebrows to the Klopp era.
However, the side stunned back into winning ways by ending Napoli’s perfect start of the 2022/2023 season by handing them their first defeat.
Indeed, Liverpool maybe back in form but it’s unlikely they may be ending the season as the Premier League title contenders again as they have so far dropped off the top 4 zone.
According to Jurgen Klopp’s agent; Marc Kosicke, his client is still able to turn the tables at the club’s results over time.
“I can assure that Jurgen Klopp has no intention of resigning from Liverpool FC,” Kosicke said Skysports.
“The fact that problems could arise this season due to the past intensive season was taken into account by the club’s owners before the start of the season.
“Jurgen enjoys the backing of the people in charge and is in regular contact with them. He loves the club, his team and the fans and is determined to continue and successfully complete the transition in Liverpool. He didn’t extend his contract until 2026 for nothing.”
