According to Italian reporter Fabrizio Romano, Bianconneri have reached an agreement with Torino for the 25-year-old: €40 million + €7 million in bonuses.

Bremer was linked with Inter since January. However, Juventus hijacked Nerazzurri’s transfer target after selling De Ligt to Bayern.
