Kevin Trapp has taken to Instagram to react to interest from Manchester United.
United have endured a difficult start to the season as they started with two defeats but could overcome Liverpool in a 2-1 win on Monday and are currently 14th in the league table with 3 points.
The Red Devils continue to look for ways to strengthen their side as the summer transfer window is still open and have shown an interest in signing Eintracht Frankfurt’s goalkeeper.
And amid the interest, Trapp took to Instagram to react claiming that “he had chosen Eintracht”.
He wrote: “Dear fans, There have been a lot of reports of interest in Manchester United in the past few days. It is true that there is a written offer. Manchester United is a world club and the fact that I can deal with and think about such an offer, I hope everyone understands.
“Yesterday, however, I informed the person in charge of both clubs that I had chosen Eintracht. I have experienced unforgettable things here with Frankfurt and we made history together. The start to the season has been bumpy, but I have absolute faith in us. Your Kevin.”
