Kevin Campbell thinks Arsenal target Marcus Thuram is bigger and stronger than Eddie Nketiah.
Arsenal have recently been linked with new attackers for the January transfer window. The club are in search of Gabriel Jesus’ possible replacement at the team amid the Brazil international’s long-term injury.
Thuram is one of the names on Mikel Arteta’s radar for January, and Campbell believes the Franchman is a better option than the club forward Nketiah.
“I think he [Thuram] could be a good addition,” he said on The Highbury Squad.
“Someone who can play across the front and someone who can give us a bit of physical presence up there because, although Eddie has been working on his physique and looks a bit stronger, [he is] somebody who is bigger, stronger, somebody more physical.”
Thuram’s current deal at the Bundesliga side expires in six months.
