Chelsea’s defensive stalwart Kalidou Koulibaly, who was signed at the start of the season from Napoli, has reportedly been struggling to hit top form since his arrival in England.

According to a recent report published in the  Italian daily Gazetta dello Sport , Serie A giants Juventus are now eyeing the Senegalese international as a potential signing for the upcoming summer transfer window.

Sources suggest that Juventus are keen on securing Koulibaly’s services and are ready to make a move for him at the end of the current campaign. With Chelsea’s recent tendency to sell off fringe players and invest in high-quality stars, cashing in on Koulibaly and bringing in another top-class defender could be an attractive option for the Blues.

It’s worth noting that Koulibaly played his best football during his tenure in Serie A with Napoli. Thus, the opportunity to return to Italy and join a top club like Juventus could also be a tempting prospect for the player himself.
