Jurgen Klopp has sent a warning message to Brighton ahead of the upcoming Premier League clash.
The Reds are set to face their rivals in the domestic top tier on January 14, 2023. They will be hoping to have a successful result amid their recent injury crisis and struggles.
The Seagulls have already shown to be serious opponents for any team, however, Klopp believes his side is capable of “causing problems” on Saturday evening.
“Brighton deserve respect. I don’t think anyone underestimates them anymore but who would have thought their possession stats would increase after Graham Potter [left]. We have the chance to go their and cause real problems,” the German manager said in the pre-match press conference.
