Kuminga, who is 19 years and 213 days old, was in the starting five for the Warriors in Game 3 of the series against the Memphis Grizzlies(142-11, 2-1). The starting five in the NBA first began to be tracked in the 1970/71 season.

Kuminga finished with 18 points (8-of-10 from the field) and became the fourth U-20 player in history to score 18 points in a playoff game. The Warriors forward matched Kobe Bryant (three times), Tony Parker (three times) and Carmelo Anthony (twice).
