Joao Cancelo has admitted he wants to stay at Manchester City despite the transfer talks.
According to the sports journalist Fabrizio Romano, Cancelo has been heavily linked with the exit from Etihad for the next summer transfer window.
Cancelo has now opened up on his future, claiming he feels good with the Citizens.
“I needed a period to adapt but now I’m much more integrated here and I hope to stay many more years at Man City, because here is where I feel good,” the player said.
Canelo’s current deal at Manchester City expires in the summer of 2027.
