Former NBA player, now ESPN pundit JJ Redick believes that Boston after defeating Milwaukee (4-3) is the main contender for the championship.
“They have been the best defensive team in this playoff so far. Even though they had to fight Kevin Durant and Giannis Antetokounmpo, arguably the two best players in the world.
At the moment, they are by far the favourites to win the championship. Perhaps they have the most complete team. They have excellent physical parameters and can easily switch in defence,” said Redick.
Recall, that Celtics defeated Bucks in the second round of the playoffs and then lost in the first match of the Eastern Conference finals to Miami Heat with a score of 118-107.
