James Milner has spoken out on Liverpool’s start of the new season following the Reds’ 2-2 draw with Fulham in their first game of the 2022/2023 season.
The Reds played a draw with the Cottagers on Saturday, August 6 as Darwin Nunez and Mohamed Salah scored for Jurgen Klopp’s side, while Aleksander Mitrovic scored a double for Fulham.
“Obviously we didn’t get the result we wanted the first game of the season but it’s down to us to rectify that and bounce back and make sure we hit our levels sooner rather than later,” Milen said on the start of the season via Sky Sports.
