Jadon Sancho is likely to miss Manchester United’s game against Nottingham Forest in the Premier League following Erik ten Hag’s recent interview.
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag said in an interview today that it’s unlikely Jadon Sancho will be available for the game against Nottingham Forest.
The England international last featured in a match for Man United on October 27 during Manchester United’s 3-0 win over Sheriff Tiraspol.
He was an unused substitute during Man United’s 1-0 win over West Ham United on October 30 and that was the last time Sancho made the Man United squad.
During the Qatar World Cup, Erik ten Hag recommended some coaches to have some sessions with Sancho in the Netherlands in a bid to help the 22-year-old bounce back to his top form ahead of the second half of the season.
The former Dortmund winger missed United’s 2-0 win over Burnley at Old Trafford on Wednesday in the round of 16 of the Carabao Cup because he’s still in the Netherlands and Ten Hag has suggested that he’s in the line to miss the Nottingham Forest game.
When asked if Sancho would be available for the game against Nottingham Forest next week, he said: “I don’t think so.”
