The Citizens celebrated a 1 – 0 win over Inter Milan to lift their first-ever Champions League trophy on Saturday night.
This victory saw Pep Guardiola’s side completing their Treble as the second English team following the success of Sir Alex Ferguson’s Manchester United back in 1999.
After the incredible achievements and following the Champions League night, Grealish took to Twitter to share his feelings.
He wrote: “The Champions League! The Treble! The stuff I couldn’t even dream of! Wow”
