Cristiano Ronaldo has claimed that it’s ‘difficult’ to confirm whether he will be playing for Manchester United in January.

Ronaldo tried to leave Man United over the summer for a Champions League team after United missed out upon finishing 6th in the Premier League but he wasn’t successful in his attempt.

Reports claimed that no European team wanted his signature, with some of these teams reportedly claiming that the forward doesn’t suit their playing style and contract structure.

The Portuguese star rubbished those claims that no team wanted him during his interview with Piers Morgan Uncensored and among other things he said, the 37-year-old called out the owners, the Glazers, and accused Erik ten Hag of forcing him out of the club.

Ronaldo’s chances of playing a game for Manchester United are slim, after he even said he doesn’t respect Erik ten Hag because the former Ajax manager doesn’t respect him.

Reports claimed that Ten Hag has told United’s hierarchy that he no longer wants the Portugal skipper in his squad and stated that United can be stronger without the five-time Ballon d’Or winner in it.

Ronaldo understands he may have played his last game for Manchester United against Aston Villa two weekends ago and said it’s difficult to say if he’ll be a United player in January.

“It’s difficult to tell right now [if he will be a Manchester United player after January], it’s because, my mood is right now to the World Cup. It’s probably my last World Cup — I don’t know what’s gonna happen after the World Cup.

“I hope they [Manchester United fans] been in my side, even if I back, or if I’m not back, or if I stay or whatever. Nobody’s perfect. Episodes in the life we all have is part of the human beings, is part of me to be a human being and father as well.

“When I arrived at Manchester United, I always be available to help the team, to put in the right spots, to compete with the best teams. But it’s hard when they cut your legs and they don’t like you to shine and they don’t listen to your advice.”
