The Netherlands head coach Louis van Gaal has claimed that his side will find it ‘hard’ to beat a well-organised Ecuador when both countries meet on Friday in the 2022 FIFA Qatar World Cup.

The Dutch side got off to a winning start when they beat Senegal 2-0 early this week and will look to build on that against Ecuador.

Louis van Gaal doesn’t think it will be an easy game against the Ecuador side that beat Qatar 2-0 on the opening day of the World Cup because they are more organised than Senegal.

The AFCON champions held the Netherlands until late in the game before they conceded twice to hand Van Gaal’s men a hard-fought win.

Speaking ahead of the game against Ecuador on Friday, the former Manchester United boss said: “I think Ecuador are a more organized team than Senegal. It will be hard.”
