Sky Italia has reported that the Italian giants have earmarked the Spanish defender as a key target and are poised to present him with a lucrative two-year contract.
Azpilicueta, whose current deal with Chelsea expires in the summer of 2024, may find himself leaving the club earlier than anticipated.
