Kyle Walker is set to be included in Gareth Southgate’s World Cup squad.
According to Daily Mail, the England international coach has assured that Kyle Walker will be given every chance to make it into Qatar, even if he cannot get in fitness by playing before the competition starts.
The Manchester City defender underwent groin surgery after sustaining an injury in Manchester Derby earlier this month.
As per several reports, the 32-year-old will be back to recovery next week. However, Walker playing for City before the Mundial kicks off next month is quite impossible.
The Three Lions are scheduled to announce their final 26-man squad on November 10.
