Pep Guardiola has raved about Kevin De Bruyne and Jack Grealish after Arsenal win, but admitted they can do more than they have served.
The Citizens celebrated a 3 – 1 victory over the Gunners in the Premier League this midweek. De Bruyne, Grealish and Erling Haaland scored the winning goals to give their side the lead over the opponents.
As a result, City lifted to the top of the league table, having the same amount of points as Mikel Arteta’s side.
Ahead of City’s next game against Nottingham Forest, Guardiola praised his players, however, he admitted they can do a lot better.
“I’m so pleased for everything. But I want more. I have a feeling Kevin and Jack can do more and they can do it. Make a fantastic goal but I know the demands we have in front of us, tough competition, and we need the players to have the feeling they can do better,” he said in the pre-match conference, via Manchester Evening News.
