Chelsea manager, Graham Potter appears ready for the rough ride at Fulham road after taking over from Thomas Tuchel who was suddenly sacked.

The Blues are now dropped to the 7th place following defeat against Arsenal and with Newcastle United as their next match, the 10th place isn’t far-fetched.

It’s clear that the reason Tuchel was shown the door wasn’t actually for result sake but rather issues in the backroom as Todd Boehly stated.

The new administration is keen on a long term project after handing a 5-year deal during his announcement.

However, his current results have led to many fans calling for his sack as they believe he will ruin the club even before halving his contract.

In reaction to this, Potter has shared that he is ready for whatever challenges managing the club may throw at him stating that he never wanted the easy walk as he would have remained at Brighton if that’s what he wanted.

“If I wanted a nice easy life, I could have quite easily stayed working, at Brighton, in the Premier League, signed a new contract and been absolutely okay,” Potter said.
