“Him and Haaland”: BBC pundit says Arsenal star has been one of the best players in the PL this season

Jenas has named Martinelli alongside Manchester City forward Erling Haaland. The latter is doing quite well in his first season in England’s top league.

Haaland has recorded 15 goals and three assists so far in the Premier League and BBC pundit believes the Norwegian international can be awarded with the “Player of the Year trophy”.

The Gunners’ attacker, meanwhile, plays as important role for Arsenal this season as Haaland for his team, according Jenas.

“Arguably been one of the best players in the league so far. Him and Haaland. If you were going to do like a Player of the Year so far, then Haaland, you might as well give him the trophy now,” he said, via HITC.

“Martinelli would be around that conversation, I would say.”
