Granit Xhaka has sent a social media message to Arsenal fans following the club’s win over Nottingham Forest.
The Gunners beat the Premier League rivals with a score of 5 – 0 on Sunday. Gabriel Martinelli, Reis Nelson, Thomas Partey and Martin Odegaard netted the winning goals to secure three points for their team.
As result, Mikel Arteta’s side are now leading the league table two points ahead of Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City.
After the weekend’s clash, Xhaka took to Instagram to share his excitement.
“Thanks to the whole team for marking my 200th Premier League game in style,” he wrote.
