Granit Xhaka has sent a social media message following Arsenal’s game with Southampton on Sunday.
The Gunners played a 1 – 1 draw with the Premier League rivals. Xhaka opened the scoring to give Mikel Arteta’s side the lead, however, Stuart Armstrong’s equaliser saw the club share points at St Mary’s Stadium.
Arsenal remain the leaders in the domestic top tier with 28 points. Despite this fact, Xhaka was not impressed by the result his team registered at the weekend.
The midfielder took to Instagram to share his thoughts, writing: “We’re all frustrated not to get three points today – hard work for the upcoming games starts tomorrow morning. Need to get winning again ASAP”
