Granit Xhaka had his say on Bayer Leverkusen’s crucial game on Sunday against Werder Bremen as he scored one of the five goals in the game.
Following the win with a 5-0 score on Sunday, Bayer became Bundesliga champions for the first time in the club’s history.
Xabi Alonso’s side were crowned champions with 0 defeats.
“JAAAAA! BAYER LEVERKUSEN: BUNDESLIGA CHAMPIONS! 🏆,” Xhaka wrote on Instagram.
