Granit Xhaka has raved about his Arsenal teammate Bukayo Saka, backing the England star to win the World Cup with his team.
The two Arsenal players are currently on international duty with their national sides. Both Switzerland and England have secured their place in the Round of 16 of the World Cup.
Xhaka claims that Saka is an “amazing” player and is capable of winning the world’s top football tournament this month.
“Yes, absolutely,” the Swiss midfielder said when asked if England could win the World Cup, via HITC.
“You see the generation they have, the young players, for example, Saka, he does well, he is one of us from Arsenal.
“Amazing guy, amazing player, he can make a difference, you saw him as well in the first game.”
