Graham Potter has shared his verdict on Chelsea’s defeat to Newcastle United on Saturday.
The Blues faced a 1 – 0 loss in the last Premier League game prior to the World Cup 2022. As a result, Potter’s side are sitting in 8th place in the league table, 16 points behind the leaders, Arsenal.
After the clash, Potter opened up on the Magpies and Chelsea’s main problems compared to the opponents.
“You can see in the two teams the different schedules. Newcastle have one game a week and we have a tough schedule. That showed,” he said.
“But there were also too many enforced errors. We got through a few times but we didn’t have enough quality,” the manager added.
